Group Events: We're delighted to host memorable group events, including birthday celebrations, bridal parties, bachelor/graduation festivities, girls' day out, and other special occasions. To ensure we provide the best experience, please give us a 72-hour notice for large group bookings.

Appointments: We value your time and strive to provide prompt service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you as a walk-in with the next available slot.

Quality Assurance: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your gel/dip/acrylic full set experiences any chips or issues within 3-5 days of your service, please contact us immediately to schedule a complimentary touch-up appointment. To qualify for this guarantee, please ensure you reach out to us within the 3-5 day period following your service.
